ABOUT THE NEWBORN SESSION:
From the moment you enter my studio or I enter your home you can trust me to treat your new bundle as if it were my own child. I am an experienced newborn photographer that is patient, pays attention to every detail to ensure the best photos, and provides a clean, safe environment for your baby.
As a lifestyle and prop photographer, I capture a wide assortment of images of your tiny, very sleepy newborn looking peaceful and angelic. They are only this little once and we want to document that perfectly squishy newborn look that passes by much too quickly. I will safely pose baby into adorable curled up positions that showcase their flawless face and pure, delicate skin.
I provide all props including hats and diaper covers, but you are more than welcome to bring other items that you would like to use. Many people like to bring memorabilia from their college/favorite sports team or gifts that friends or family have given them.

When do I book my session:
The arrival of your baby is almost always unknown and the last thing I want to do is have you worrying about your session date. I will put your due date in my calender and once the baby arrives or you get a set induction date you can reach out and we will make it happen. It is best to txt me with updates.
Newborn sessions can take place up to:
-1-2 weeks for a posed, In-Studio, session
-1-3 weeks for a “natural” no props, In- Studio session
-2-6 weeks for In-Home, Lifestyle session
In STUDIO or In HOME:
Many clients like to mix a few poses with natural moments. Some families who love the lifestyle look but do not feel their homes have enough light, will opt for a natural newborn session in the studio. Lifestyle sessions in your home are so very special. I am able to capture you and your family in your element, in a natural way. You have a hard decision to make, deciding where to capture these first moments together as a new family but whatever you decide I promise to make it unique for you and showcase this special time in your life.
Applies to both lifestyle and studio sessions:
-Newborn sessions last about 1.5-2 hours and you are given 50+ images on an online gallery with 25 free digital downloads.
-All immediate family members are included in these sessions.
-I have extensive training and practice with posing babies. I will never place your baby into an unsafe position.
-All sessions come with a a digital gallery where you can choose the images you would like to download, share and print.
In-Studio- posed or natural session:
With In-Studio sessions we do get the simple blanket pictures with little beanie hats and bows and an array of backdrops, but what sets me apart from many newborn photographers is that I also offer an extensive array of props as well, including buckets, baskets, carriages and much more. I also like to capture images of you and your family with the baby. You are welcome to bring anyone else along to the shoot that would also like a picture with the baby. I have had many clients bring their parents and even grandparents to get 3 and 4 generation photos.
Newborn in-studio session- $750
In-HOME-Lifestyle sessions:
Lifestyle newborn sessions are the perfect way to capture your new baby in your home in a relaxed way. This is a great way to get images in your new nursery, with pets, etc. During these sessions, we will capture your family in a way that you can look back on and remember how you really were. Siblings do great in this situation as well, allowing us to capture authentic moments. No posing (either of the baby or family) is done in-home, just gentle and relaxed direction, which allows for natural connection and interaction to occur. I will also bring along some props to use to get a bit of a posed look for you as well.
Lifestyle sessions can be booked as your full newborn session, or I offers them as add-on sessions to full studio sessions. I prefers newborn lifestyle sessions to occur 2-6 weeks after birth. Unlike posed sessions, a little bit of an older newborn is perfect for a lifestyle session, as they tend to have a better ability to connect with eye contact past the 2 week mark.
Lifestyle newborn session- $750 - $50 travel fee
Lifestyle newborn added onto studio session- $400
HOW TO BOOK:
There is a $100 deposit to book your shoot and get a date on the books, but of course that date may and most likely will change. :-)

*With all the Watch me grow packages you can add a mini maternity shoot to your package for only $100*
Baby's First Year- Premium Package: $2,850 ( saves you $350)
Includes the Newborn session, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and One year session. You are not obligated to use your sessions at a certain age, so if you choose you could for example do the Newborn, 6 month, One year and use the other two sessions to capture the next year.
